For Sexlab mods, which this guide is based around, you will need these essential files. If you just want naked skins and a simple sex mod, get the Nudity and Physics you want, and then Animated Prostitution. If you want much more advanced sexual content, rape, companions, BDSM, tons of positions, then you need Sexlab (more on that down below). And the following prerequsites:
With this mod, at the end of combat, there are options where you may be raped, rape the victim, or the same can happen between NPCs as well. You have the choice to set sexual orientations, gender hookups you want to allow, and if males, females, or both are able to rape or be raped.
It allows for many rape and sexual aggression scenes to play out. You may sneak up on an unsuspecting victim and attempt to force them into sex. Also works in conjunction with many other mods, like with Alicia below.
If you want to go even deeper with Sexlab mods, take a look at the BDSM, devious devices, and enslavement mods in this excellent Sexlab Index. I don't have the time to check them all out any time soon, but what can happen as you combine some of these mods, is that a victim of sexual assault has a chance of becoming enslaved by his or her captor(s). You as the player can be the captor, or the slave, as can any combination of NPCs or followers. Depending on a huge amount of settings for these mods, the ownership or enslavement roles can be very immersive and continue for a while. Enslaved characters can be raped or beaten for example. If you have installed this many of these mods from this guide, and you have more time, it's worth a look. I'll delve into it eventually, but it took me years to find a spot of time to devote to the wacky world of Skyrim Sexuality.
The player can mold the famed Playboy Mansion to their own needs and wants, and has the option of experiencing the infamous Playboy Playmate parties in locations such as the Grotto and the Clubhouse. Hef, as well as all other characters in the game, can build three types of relationships with other characters: casual, business, and romantic. Each month, the player has to print an issue of the magazine. To do that the player needs a cover shoot, a centerfold, an essay from a celebrity, interview with a celebrity, a pictorial about a subject and an article about a subject. The player must hire photographers and writers to create each issue. All the characters have interests, such as sports and music, and writers on those topics will produce higher-quality articles. In the game, the player is the photographer during photo shoots. The game contains many sexual references, including sexual relationships.
The expansion adds many new features to the game. When characters engage in sexual activities, they now remove their underwear and their genitals are blurred, much like The Sims characters. Another feature is the ability to throw "theme parties", which consist of Halloween, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Hef's Birthday, Tropical, Playmate of the Year and more.

crazy how people in the comments are complaining saying this is child pornography when it's literally nonexistent cartoon characters with fully developed bodies, meant to symbolize actual real-life experiences in an artistic way. I mean, plenty of highschool movies do it too, they have adults play underage characters and show nudity, and people usually don't complain about those, why would a game be any different?I am aware that some media with sexualized underage characters can be very harmful, like that one movie that sexualized actual children as a "critique" and failed miserably because of it. But there is nothing wrong with a videogame that makes fictional, adult characters play the role of a 14-year-old when they don't even look 14.The people who are complaining about this game seem too stubborn to actually listen and try to understand the reasons the game is like this.Oh btw haven't played it yet but decided to look at the comments beforehand and felt like voicing my opininon.
