Need to be a little more specific? Our word solver tool also offers four main options for advanced searches: your starting letter, your last letter, the length of your word, and words that contain certain letters. You can use all of these options in any combination you so choose, with the same 20-character limit for each section.

Our word finder tool helps you uncover your best options by finding a winning word or even clearing your tiles entirely. But the next best move is entirely up to you. Think of it as chess, but with letter tiles and without a hit Netflix original series.

Every day we create a new puzzle for our readers. Play our Word Scramble Daily Anagram Game. Each of our sets of words has a given 'theme' to guide it, and to help you solve the puzzles faster. For instance, one week we might do a 'weather' theme and include words like thermometer, temperature, rainbow, and thunderstorm. Or we might do a word-themed puzzle, and include words like: anagram, scrambled, dictionary, and letters. You can also opt to solve the daily word scramble without revealing the clue, to make the game a little bit more challenging. The Word Scramble changes every day, so there is always a fresh anagram for you to decode and discover. You can also go through and play past iterations of the Daily Word Scramble to further practice your anagramming and rearranging skills.

Playing our Daily Anagram/Word Scramble game is a great way to practice your skills for Scrabble. Whether you're a novice or an expert, getting practice is the key to succeeding at your next game. In addition to making you faster, it'll help you come up with more interesting, less obvious words to play, too.

Word Scramble games are created by rearranging jumbled letters. Players then rearrange these random letters into meaningful words. For instance, you might unjumble the word 'BOWLERS' or 'BELOW' from the letters SROEWLOB. Rearranging random letters is also called anagramming. Anagramming can be a game in and of itself, and has been practiced for hundreds of years. Old kings liked to rearrange and arrange the letters in words and see what other words they could find. Many modern word games also find their basis in the rearranging fun of anagrams.

For instance, Scrabble is one of the most popular word games in the world, and requires players to rearrange random letter tiles into meaningful words. Other word scramble type games include Boggle and Jumble, in which players are given jumbled letters of a single word. Plenty of word scramble games also exist for the digital crowd, including Words with Friends. Words with Friends is a very popular game that functions much like Scrabble and requires players to create words out of random jumbled pieces. Wordscapes is another popular game that requires players to rearrange letters to form words. Of course, there are also classic games like word searches and crosswords, which are similar to word scrambles.

The rules for playing each Word Scramble game are slightly different, but most rely on the same core instructions. Players are given random tiles or scrambled letters, and they are asked to rearrange the letters or tiles into words. Word Scramble and Word Jumble games can be tough but they're great for your brain and also a lot of fun!

Our dynamic Word Search Solver lets you enter in your entire board via copy and paste. You can then enter your word bank and the solver will find all your words. It can even find words not listed in the answer bank. Sometimes the longest words are the hardest to find!

Some of the other things you can do at THE Word Finder: Create a customized crossword puzzle. Make a word search with a holiday theme. Generate writing prompts. Tired of losing in Words With Friends? Try the word descrambler, which can help you find the highest scoring words given your set of rack tiles. You can then choose to sort results by length or by score (scoring options for Scrabble and WWF). Users can also enter in known letters as an extra string. Thus, if there is a "G" on the board that you want to build off of, enter your letters as well as the "G" in the extra string field. Want to improve your scrabble score? Study the Scrabble Word Lists to improve performance during live gameplay. For specific WWF help, we have a Words With Friends Cheat available. Want to create your own wordsearch? Check out the Activity room for a bunch of cool other tricks. We introduced a random sentence generator as well, which can be split into sentences of different length. With word generators, we're able to leverage our resources to create a unique tool for brides and grooms at our wedding hashtag generator page. Couples can make a list of creative wedding hashtags. One of our favorite crossword sites is here. In addition, if you are looking for a cactpot solver for FFXIV, we've got you covered with another resource.

If you're looking to create your own palindromes, you can use the Backwards Text Converter to help. The backwards text tool is also fun if you want to just send a friend or family member a "coded" text to decipher. If you want to find every word in the dictionary that starts with a certain letter, this site can give you an output of all those words. You can also find every word that starts with a string of letters, such as starting with "Qu" ending in "ness." There are almost a half-million words in the English language, and the average person knows less than 20% of those words. We try to help with a word unscrambler for the 80% any way possible.

If you are a Boggle player, we have a tool that will solve your entire board. During the game click on pause, take note of all the letters in your grid and enter them into the Boggle solver. From there the solver will list out every possible word that can be made, and users make the decision which words to play in the 2 minute allotted period. Users can even sort by score or alphabetically, depending on which is more convenient. For instance, say there is a triple letter score on the M in your board: In this case you may want to sort alphabetically so you have access to all the words that start with M for additional points. If you play the mobile app Wheel of Fortune, we recommend this wheel of fortune cheats site. You can also create your own WOF puzzle with our wheel of fortune generator here!

The dictionary/word list that we use is based on the SOWPODS list, but has been adjusted to add new words that Scrabble and WWF now find acceptable. Such additional acceptable words include "texting" and "zen." Please get in touch with us if you believe the site should include any additional words in our list. We will be constantly adding to the word list as well.

Wordle has been especially popular this year! Check out our wordle solver above, as well as Lingle, our variation game on Wordle. We also have a Quordle Solver and Wordle Maker. Quordle is a 4 word variation of Wordle. The Wordle Maker allows you to create your own custom puzzles to challenge family and friends.

To make a word search, enter your list of words in the large area provided. You can type these by hand or paste them in from another document, such as a word processing document or a spreadsheet. Just make sure that you have one word per line.

Next, enter values for the height (letters down) and width (letters across) of the generated puzzle. Our worksheet generator will tell you if it can't fit all your words into the area you entered. If that happens, make the puzzle bigger by entering higher values for "down" and "across".

When you have finished entering words, hit the CREATE button to see a preview of your worksheet. You can select the ANSWER KEY tab to the right to see where your words actually appear. If you're not happy with the layout, you can hit the SCRAMBLE button to generate a different layout.

The question mark (?) matches exactly one letter. That means that you can use it as a placeholder for a single letteror symbol. The query l?b?n?n, for example, will find the word "Lebanon".

Also see our multiple word anagram solver. And we have a must use every letter anagram solver. Use the single word Anagram Solver tool above to find every anagram possible made by unscrambling some OR all your letters in the word entered.

This solver will return every possible word from your intial target word. In addition you can use a "?" for an unknown letter, and it will include all results assuming the ? could be any letter in the alphabet. You can access this without moving to the advanced options. In the advanced options dropdown, you will notice the ability to add extra letters to the solver. For instance, say you want your result to begin with the letter "P" - in this case, you can enter the letter P in the additional letters section and the results will contain those.

Search for hidden words in the letter grid. Find them horizontally, vertically, diagonally, or backward, depending on the difficulty level you select. All the words listed on the right of the game. Tap and drag over the letters to highlight the word and check it off the list.
